About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Prepare detailed quantity take offs for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, and ELV systems
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies
- Identify commercial risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities
- Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams during the tendering process
- Participate in tender clarifications, negotiations, and project handovers
- Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in MEP Tendering and Estimation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems
- Experience in quantity take offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills
- Experience within MEP contracting companies is highly preferred
