Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Seven years of industry experience and four years of supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and the ability to effectively lead large field teams.
Proven experience leading field operations on large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, power, healthcare, or data center construction projects.
