Four-year engineering or construction management degree. Combination of education and or industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Four to seven years of construction experience, with 2 plus years of mission critical construction projects focusing on strong coordination and execution.

Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems is preferred.

Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.

Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.

Basic experience with data center commissioning processes (Level 1–5).

Ability to work in dynamic and fluid environments with operational constraints and change control requirements.

Strong focus on documentation rigor, QA/QC, and turnover excellence.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $120,000 - $145,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
