We are looking for a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in construction companies, specifically in high-rise building projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP QS in construction companies
- Strong experience in high-rise building projects
- Expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract management
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and project coordination
- Ability to handle variations, claims, and subcontractor evaluations
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs for MEP works
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Review drawings and specifications
- Manage variations and claims
- Coordinate with site and project teams
Job Type: Contract
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
