Role overview
Lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of large-scale construction projects.
Ensure MEP works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead MEP activities from design and procurement through installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering and construction teams.
- Oversee MEP technical submittals, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage labour, materials, equipment, efficiency, and costs.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality and health and safety requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance and solutions to the project team.
- Present progress reports covering milestones, risks, and financial performance.
Work setting
- The role involves regular construction site inspections and delivery of MEP works on large-scale projects in Riyadh.
Requirements
- Experience managing MEP aspects of large-scale construction projects.
