Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP site activities and ensure installations meet drawings and standards
- Oversee installation of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate material requests and ensure timely availability on site
- Lead and instruct tradesmen and laborers, ensuring daily targets are met
- Monitor productivity, progress, and overall site performance
- Maintain reports (progress, time & motion) and highlight delays or issues
- Ensure proper documentation and marking of completed installations
- Enforce health & safety regulations, including PPE compliance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an MEP Foreman or Mechanical/Electrical Chargehand
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems installation (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience in site supervision and workforce management
- Good communication and leadership skills

Your Role

What We’re Looking For
