Role Overview
Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is hiring an experienced MEP Coordination Draftsman in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports project teams by preparing accurate MEP coordination drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP coordination drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP services.
- Identify and resolve clashes between different MEP disciplines.
- Prepare coordinated drawings based on architectural, structural, and MEP requirements.
- Review drawings and incorporate consultant and project comments.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications, UAE standards, and consultant requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP drafting and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is an advantage.
- Experience working with contractors or consultants is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
