Role Overview
Universal BIM is hiring an experienced HVAC Draughtsman to join its UAE team.
The role focuses on HVAC and MEP drafting, coordination, drawing revisions, and construction documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC shop drawings, layouts, sections, and details using AutoCAD.
- Prepare drawings for HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, equipment, and mechanical services.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Review drawings, incorporate comments and revisions, and prepare as-built drawings from approved site conditions.
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve drawing issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, UAE standards, and approved design requirements.
- Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant GCC experience in HVAC or MEP drafting, with UAE experience preferred.
- Strong HVAC drafting and MEP coordination experience.
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
- Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of HVAC systems, MEP drawings, and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong coordination, accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,122.55–AED 6,539.57 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
