Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is hiring an experienced Document Controller for interior fit-out work in Dubai.
The role supports project documentation, document distribution, approvals, and coordination across construction project teams.
Requirements
- Three to five years of UAE experience as a Document Controller.
- Interior fit-out or construction project experience is required.
- A valid UAE Residence Visa is required.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Good knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project documents and meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project documents, drawings, submittals, and correspondence.
- Maintain document registers and track revisions and approvals.
- Control incoming and outgoing documents and ensure proper distribution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Manage RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and other project documents.
- Follow up on document submissions, approvals, and pending actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized project records.

- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
