About the Role
WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager for a large-scale data centre project near Riyadh. The site-based role involves overseeing MEP construction delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination from mobilisation through commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities
- Lead day to day site supervision of MEP works across all project phases.
- Monitor contractor performance, progress, and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure construction activities are executed in line with approved drawings and standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
- Oversee installation of MEP systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, ELV, and ICT.
- Ensure compliance with mission critical design requirements (uptime, redundancy, resilience).
- Act as the key interface between client, EPC contractor, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support resolution of technical and site related issues.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings, providing structured updates.
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes and inspection protocols.
- Verify works comply with project specifications, international standards, and local regulations.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system validation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience, with strong exposure to data centre / mission critical projects
- Proven experience in construction supervision / site based roles
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, ICT)
- Experience with EPC contractors and large scale developments
- Prior experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia

Position Overview
- MEP Construction Manager – Data Centre role at WSP Middle East for a large scale data centre project in Riyadh region.
