Lead and oversee the commercial performance of multiple MEP projects, ensuring alignment with company financial objectivesHold full P&L responsibility for the MEP division, driving profitability and managing financial riskDevelop and implement commercial strategies to maximise project margins and operational efficiencyManage all aspects of contract administration, including claims, variations, disputes, and negotiationsOversee procurement strategy and subcontractor management, ensuring value for money and complianceProvide accurate cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to senior leadershipIdentify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities across projectsLead, mentor, and develop commercial teams including Commercial Managers and Quantity SurveyorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholdersCollaborate closely with project directors and senior management to drive overall business performanceEnsure compliance with contractual, legal, and company governance requirementsSupport business growth through tendering, bid strategy, and commercial input on new opportunities
