About the Role
Fletcher Piccolo Associates is seeking a Joinery Planning Engineer to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple joinery projects. The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating with teams, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare production, procurement, and installation programmes for multiple joinery projects
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, recommending corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, design, procurement, logistics, and project management teams
- Track material procurement and manufacturing progress against project schedules
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Conduct critical path analysis and monitor project milestones
- Assist Project Managers with resource planning and workload forecasting
- Support tender planning by preparing preliminary schedules and manpower histograms
- Ensure timely delivery of joinery items to site while maintaining alignment with overall project programmes
- Attend internal planning meetings and coordinate with site teams regarding installation sequences
Requirements
- Experience in joinery planning and project scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Ability to coordinate with production, design, procurement, logistics, and project management teams
- Experience in preparing progress reports and conducting critical path analysis
