Overview
- Prepare and manage MEP cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Evaluate and price Variation Orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate cost planning
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports to senior management
- Manage subcontractor valuations, payments, and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project standards
Technical Requirements (Containment Knowledge)
- Strong understanding and experience in pricing and measurement of:
- Cable tray and ladder systems, including supports, brackets, and fittings
- Trunking and conduit systems (PVC & GI), including routing and accessories
- Containment supports and fixings such as hangers, brackets, channels, and installation materials
