Responsibilities
- Lead all communication plans and calendars for membership communications
- Create digital and print materials highlighting membership benefits, events, and exclusive content
- Proofread all communications materials for consistency in branding and messaging
- Direct and oversee work of remote contractors for membership comms and marketing
- Develop indicators for success and evaluate results of communications campaigns
- Support communications for member exclusive events, ensuring timely and relevant information
- Assist in creating pre and post event content such as highlights and testimonials
- Manage social media content related to memberships in collaboration with marketing team
- Analyze social media engagement data to identify opportunities for increasing member visibility
- Coordinate updating content for membership section of website, newsletters, and push notifications
- Partner with membership, marketing, and visitor services teams for consistent messaging
- Work with in house designer to create visually appealing materials
Requirements
- Experience in communications or marketing
- Strong content creation and proofreading skills
- Experience with social media management and analytics
- Familiarity with CRM systems

Event Communications & Coordination
- Support communications for member exclusive events, ensuring timely and relevant information
- Assist in creating pre and post event content such as highlights and testimonials
- Support team with member communication including response templates, welcome letters, retention and renewal letters
Digital & Social Media Engagement
- Manage social media content related to memberships in collaboration with marketing team
- Analyze social media engagement data to identify opportunities for increasing member visibility
- Generate ideas for digital content such as behind the scenes videos, member stories, or interviews
- Coordinate updating content for membership section of website, newsletters, and push notifications
Collaboration & Cross Departmental Coordination
- Partner with membership, marketing, and visitor services teams for consistent messaging
- Work with in house designer to create visually appealing materials
- Ensure all materials reflect respective brand identity
- Review first drafts and make revisions based on feedback
- Review final productions for errors and ensure specifications are met
- Support Head of Memberships in special projects including major campaigns and partnerships
