- Capture high quality photo and video content across restaurants, retail concepts, membership activations, and cultural events
- Produce short form and long form video content tailored for social media platforms, websites, and campaigns
- Edit videos, reels, interviews, and event recaps in line with brand tone and visual guidelines
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to understand campaign objectives and content priorities
- Develop shot lists, storyboards, and content outlines prior to productions
- Organize and maintain a structured archive of visual assets for future use
- Support live coverage during key moments, ensuring real time content capture where required
Requirements
- Experience in multimedia content creation (photo and video)
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Ability to work on site for events and activations
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills

About the Role
- The Multimedia Content Creator will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high quality photo and video content across QC+ brands and initiatives, including hospitality, retail, membership, and cultural programming
- The role requires both creative sensitivity and technical expertise, with the ability to translate brand direction into engaging digital assets
- The Multimedia Content Creator will work closely with the Brand Managers, Art Director, Digital Marketing team, and Communications team
- This position requires a hands on, agile approach, with strong on site coverage capabilities for activations, launches, and events
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high quality photo and video content across restaurants, retail concepts, membership activations, and cultural events
- Produce short form and long form video content tailored for social media platforms, websites, and campaigns
- Edit videos, reels, interviews, and event recaps in line with brand tone and visual guidelines
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to understand campaign objectives and content priorities
- Work closely with the Art Director to ensure alignment with visual direction and creative standards
- Develop shot lists, storyboards, and content outlines prior to productions
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content in line with campaign deadlines and content calendars
- Organize and maintain a structured archive of visual assets for future use
- Adapt content for multiple platforms while optimizing for performance and engagement
- Support live coverage during key moments, ensuring real time content capture where required
- Maintain and manage equipment to ensure professional quality output
- Stay up to date with digital content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices
