Responsibilities
- Assess psychosocial needs and provide culturally sensitive support
- Develop, implement, and monitor patient centered care plans

- Manage multiple cases and maintain confidentiality in line with ethical and legal standards
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Medical Social Work and Social Work
- Proficiency in Case Management and Discharge Planning
- Experience in Social Services, connecting patients with community resources
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Medical Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting in social work or case management is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of local healthcare systems, regulations, and community resources in Abu Dhabi or UAE is an advantage

Qualifications

- Experience in Social Services, connecting patients and families with community resources, financial assistance, and support programs.
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English, with clear, empathetic communication skills for diverse patient populations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Medical Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; relevant licensure or registration preferred, where applicable.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting in a social work or case management capacity is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain confidentiality in line with ethical and legal standards.
- Knowledge of local healthcare systems, regulations, and community resources in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE is an advantage.
