- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any technical or operational issues promptly.
- Conduct post sales follow up to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide seamless client support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacist, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience in medical equipment sales within the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and technologies
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM)
