Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Medical Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Offer expert advice and support to healthcare professionals on the selection and application of medical equipment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry trends.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any technical or operational issues promptly.
  • Conduct post sales follow up to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to provide seamless client support.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacist, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 3 years of proven experience in medical equipment sales within the UAE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and technologies.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
