Role Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage social media platforms, create and schedule content, monitor campaign performance, and coordinate online promotions.
  • Track website and campaign analytics, prepare regular reports, and recommend data driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align messaging, maintain brand consistency, and support overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills to manage campaigns and engage audiences across digital platforms.
  • Core Digital Marketing skills, including campaign planning, optimization, and familiarity with key digital channels and tools.
  • Web Analytics skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and create clear, compelling messaging.
  • Relevant experience in the wellness, healthcare, or beauty sectors is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with major social media tools, advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), and basic SEO principles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
