The Opportunity

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Media Manager to lead media planning and campaign delivery for Puig’s love brands across the Middle East.
  • Reporting to the Prestige Brand Director and working closely with the Brand Marketing teams and the Advocacy Manager, the role will focus on building media plans, managing agency partners, tracking campaign performance, and making sure each brand reaches the right consumers in the right channels.

What you'll get to do

  • Define and evolve each brand’s media strategy across paid, social, digital, and emerging channels, in close partnership with the media agency and Marketing teams.
  • Design, launch, and optimize impactful media campaigns that translate brand ambition into strong market visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Lead post campaign analysis with the media agency to measure performance, evaluate ROI and KPIs, and turn learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to identify cultural, channel, and social trends that can inspire compelling campaigns, creator content, and UGC led storytelling.
  • Work closely with Marketing and advocacy teams to develop social first concepts that are relevant, engaging, and aligned with each brand’s identity.
  • Manage key agency relationships to bring creator content to life across channels, from concept and briefing through to execution.
  • Oversee the always on paid social media budget, ensuring smart allocation, continuous optimization, and strong delivery against performance metrics.
  • Act as a key regional point of contact, ensuring local social media strategies support global direction while remaining relevant to Middle East audiences.
  • Work with media agencies and partners to monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, track competitor activity, and recommend clear actions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and commercial relevance.

We'd love to meet you if you have:

  • Experience in media, ideally within beauty, luxury, fragrance, or premium consumer goods, with a good understanding of building campaigns.
  • Experience managing media budgets and making sure investments are used in the right way.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to think strategically while staying hands on and turning ideas into clear actions.
  • A collaborative style, with the ability to work well with cross functional teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of media platforms, marketing tools, and campaign reporting.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, creator content, and current consumer trends.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, with the confidence to share ideas and try new approaches.
  • Interest in fragrance, beauty, and luxury brands.
  • Good awareness of Middle East consumers, market trends, and local culture.
