- Support troubleshooting, testing, and improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Support outages, emergency response, audits, and inspections (QA, FANR, WANO, INPO, IAEA)
- Maintain PM Program and Operations Management System (OMS) data
- Promote continuous improvement, safety, and adherence to corporate standards
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- 7+ years relevant experience (including power plant and nuclear experience)
- Strong mechanical, supervisory, and nuclear maintenance knowledge
- Familiarity with nuclear plant design, license requirements, and regulatory compliance
