Overview

  • We are seeking ambitious and driven Business Development Consultants to join our growing team on a remote basis.
  • This role is focused purely on client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new client opportunities within your specialist market.
  • Build and maintain long term, strategic partnerships with clients and key decision makers.
  • Own the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching through to contract negotiation and account growth.
  • Develop and execute market entry and client acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue and sales KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, hiring demands, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within your vertical.
  • Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings locally and internationally.
  • Travel regularly to meet clients and support business expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business development–focused recruitment or staffing role within an agency environment.
  • Strong market knowledge and established client network in at least one of the following sectors: energy, construction, finance, healthcare, life sciences, or IT.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self motivated, resilient, and commercially driven, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
