About the Role
James L. Williams Middle East is seeking Mechanical Site Engineers to supervise and monitor site activities, coordinate with engineering offices, manage material take-offs, and liaise with consultants and clients.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with the engineering office for the preparation and review of shop drawings, RFIs, authority submissions, and technical submittals
- Manage material take offs, track procurement progress, and ensure timely delivery of materials to site
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for design verification, inspections, and approvals
- Support QA/QC processes, oversee redline mark ups, and ensure timely submission of as built drawings
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and work schedules for subcontractors
- Provide technical guidance to supervisors and foremen, ensuring works are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Enforce company HSE and QMS policies to ensure safe and compliant site operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 5–8 years of relevant site experience in MEP works
- Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and material management
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure
