Overview
- Design and review HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
- Prepare shop drawings, technical submittals, BOQ, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, civil teams, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site installation activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Review contractor progress and provide technical support during project execution.
- Attend project meetings and prepare technical reports.
- Evaluate material submittals and approve technical documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for equipment and material selection.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, as-built drawings, and maintenance records
