We delivers comprehensive engineering solutions including HVAC installation, system optimization, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and asset performance improvement.
Position Overview: Execute and supervise mechanical engineering activities on-site.
Perform and oversee Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) for HVAC air and hydronic systems.
Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
Conduct HVAC system performance verification, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare TAB reports, commissioning documentation, inspection reports, and technical submissions.
Support HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and international commissioning practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1–7 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, TAB, and Testing & Commissioning.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air & water balancing, chilled water systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
Experience
using TAB instruments and interpreting design airflow and hydronic balancing requirements.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
Excellent communication, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
