- Hands on experience in the Wastewater Treatment and/or Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of equipment selection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering
- Familiarity with international standards (API, ISO, ASME) is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
