About the Role
Levante Holding is hiring a Mechanical Draftsman with HVAC design focus for Qatar. The role requires minimum 10 years of HVAC drafting experience, mandatory Qatar project experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed HVAC drawings including duct layouts, piping layouts, equipment layouts, and schematics.
- Develop shop drawings, as built drawings, and coordinated MEP drawings.
- Support engineers in translating design concepts into technical drawings.
- Develop and update 3D BIM models (LOD 300/400) using Revit.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to avoid clashes.
- Participate in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and aligned with project specifications.
- Maintain proper version control and drawing registers.
- Update drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and project standards.
- Follow company CAD/BIM standards and naming conventions.
- Assist in resolving site related drafting issues.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC drafting experience
- Mandatory: Proven Qatar project experience
- Experience working with MEP contractors or consultants
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Strong experience in Revit MEP (3D modeling)
- Familiarity with Navisworks / BIM coordination tools
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping standards

Purpose of the Role
- To prepare accurate and detailed HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) drawings and documentation, ensuring coordination with all disciplines and compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.
