Role overview

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a senior MDM and Reltio developer for its Data Analytics Managed Services practice.

The role delivers client-centric data management, automation, and business transformation solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation frameworks to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Design and optimize business process automation solutions for workflow and performance improvement.
  • Manage project delivery and planning to meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Analyze operational performance data and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Support managed services operations through service level management and operational excellence.
  • Lead data quality automation to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
  • Facilitate business transformation through strategic planning and automation execution.

Required qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub is required.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • At least five years of experience is required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Additional qualifications

  • Experience with automation framework design and development is valued.
  • Experience with business process automation, workflow automation, and operational performance management is valued.
  • Experience with continuous process improvement and service level management is valued.
  • Ability to analyze complex data for managed services is valued.
