Camfil is the world leader in air filtration and clean air solutions with 31 global manufacturing facilities and 6 research and development centres.

The Molecular Contamination Control (MCC) division is planning significant global growth.

Camfil provides filters that can remove molecules, gases and vapours from the air through molecular filtration to protect people, processes and the environment.

We are currently seeking a full time Molecular Filtration Territory Sales Manager and the ideal candidate will have experience selling to industrial accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Supporting Camfil customers and managing the after-market sales of MCC products.
  • Executing and delivering sales results according to the Regional Molecular Filtration business plan. Reports and business plans may be required from time to time.
  • Consult on Projects (new construction) and replacement (after-market) opportunities.
  • Achieve significant growth at identified sales channels and markets.
  • Deliver technical presentations to engineers involved in molecular filtration solutions.
  • Participating in internal meetings and strategic discussions within the MCC Group.
  • Several years' experience selling technical product(s) to one or more of the target industries (pulp and paper, wastewater treatment, mining and biogas markets is an asset)
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A proven track record of business development and experience bringing new solutions and products to market is a plus.
  • Post Secondary degree in a scientific discipline (chemical engineering, chemistry, material science, engineering science) is an asset, and relevant experience is a must.
  • Abilities to analyze and offer solutions and Total Cost of Ownership products in practical applications.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • The role will require travelling as many of our clients are located across the Western Provinces. All Travel expenses will be covered according to our policies.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, CRM Dynamics and the ability to learn other software applications critical to the role.
  • Extensive training will be provided to the appointed candidates.

Education

Post Secondary degree in a scientific discipline (chemical engineering, chemistry, material science, engineering science) is an asset, and relevant experience is a must.
