  • Organise all sales orders including standard stock lines and manufacturing jobs for efficient delivery.
  • Manage stock: receipt of incoming goods, storage, picking & packing and timely delivery of goods; shipment unloading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system
  • Ensure that Camfil’s workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock
  • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area
  • Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse and production transactions and activities
  • Initiate and drive improvement of warehouse
  • Liaise with your manager regarding any stock variations, or production issues.
  • Loading the delivery trucks and unloading 40 foot containers.
  • Participate in job cross overs to create efficient delivery times, including local deliveries.
  • Undertake filter modification tasks as required using basic production tools including glue guns and a table saw.
  • Undertake extra duties as required by your manager.
  • Stock accuracy – ensuring that physical stock is the same or similar to what we have in iScala system
  • Ensuring that goods received are entered into the iScala system accurately and when goods leave the warehouse they must have correct paperwork
  • Ensuring the warehouse is clean and safe at all times
  • Ensure efficient and accurate delivery of stock to customers
  • Must have LF/LO current licence
  • Must have experience in operating double deep High reach Forklift.
  • Computer literate
  • Current police check required.
  • Capability to perform repetitive and manual tasks.
  • Ability to meet production deadlines
  • Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and with limited supervision
  • Be physically fit as there is some lifting involved.
