What You Will Do:
Equipment Operation: Efficiently operate a variety of material handling and packaging equipment.
Parts Identification: Accurately identify parts, components, wires, and other materials using part markings, color codes, and container labels.
Instruction Compliance: Follow desktop instructions, parts lists, forms, and other work instructions to complete tasks precisely.
Bulk Counting: Perform bulk counting using scales and tape & reel counters.
Order Fulfillment: Fulfill orders according to Bill of Material (BOM) requirements.
Packaging: Package parts appropriately to prevent damage, adhering to proper material handling and packaging techniques.
Inventory Management: Store, shelve, and place inventory correctly following established procedures.
System Utilization: Utilize computer systems and printers for recording inventory transactions, generating labels, and labor charging.
Cycle Counts: Conduct cycle counts and meticulously record results.
Material Tracking: Track materials both physically and within systems.
Shipping: Package and ship materials following specific shipping instructions.
Material Distribution: Distribute materials to various internal plant locations.

Box Management: Build and break down boxes for various uses.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, packaging, and/or shipping/receiving
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
