Role Overview
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, material requisitions, and delivery notes .
Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and traceability as per ADNOC and project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances .
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams for material availability and distribution.
Monitor material storage conditions and preservation requirements (coating, wrapping, shelf life, etc.).
Issue materials to construction teams based on approved material request forms (MRF) .
Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Identify and report shortages, damages, or non-conforming materials .
Ensure compliance with ADNOC material control procedures and project specifications .
Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for material delivery schedules.
Maintain material status reports, stock reports, and tracking logs .
Support project close-out and material reconciliation activities .

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Material Controller, who will be based in our site Office.
Job Description

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related field .
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in material control, warehouse, or logistics in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
Experience
working on ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of material management processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations .
Familiarity with construction materials including piping, mechanical, electrical, and civil materials .
Good understanding of material traceability and preservation requirements in Oil & Gas projects.
Strong coordination and organizational skills Additional Information: Material control and inventory management systems.
Knowledge of ADNOC material management procedures and EPC project requirements.
Ability to read and understand material specifications and requisition documents.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and storage standards.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
