Role Overview
• Review and interpret **structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, design calculations, and engineering documents** for construction activities.

• Review **Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and technical requirements**, and support procurement activities.
• Review **shop drawings and fabrication drawings** and coordinate with subcontractors and fabricators to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Participate in **constructability reviews** and provide practical technical solutions to support efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with the **Document Control team** to maintain accurate engineering records, drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing **as-built drawings, final documentation, and project handover dossiers**.
• Attend **technical coordination meetings** with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as required.
• Support the **Construction and QA/QC teams** in resolving site technical issues, non-conformances, and design-related queries.

Technical Office Duties
- Review structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, design calculations, and engineering documents for construction.
- Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and technical queries.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, procurement, planning, and survey teams.
- Ensure structural works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes.
Structural and Construction Support
- Review structural steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, equipment foundations, platforms, supports, and related structural works.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
- At least 10 years of relevant technical office or structural engineering experience is required.
- Experience in EPC, oil and gas, or construction projects is required.
- ADNOC experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of applicable codes and standards are required.
- Strong technical coordination and communication skills are required.
