Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities and workforce at site.
• Execute work according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise excavation, backfilling, foundations, concrete, rebar, formwork, blockwork, paving, drainage, and underground utilities.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with construction, surveying, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams.
• Implement Permit to Work, Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, toolbox talks, and safe work practices.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, housekeeping, PPE use, and safe working conditions.
• Support inspections, punch-list clearance, testing, and project handover.

Minimum Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience as a Civil Foreman in oil and gas, EPC, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction.
• Strong practical civil construction and site supervision experience.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements, Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment, and safe work practices.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous ADNOC or GCC oil and gas project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in brownfield or live-plant environments is advantageous.
• Previous ADNOC project approval, where applicable, and major EPC contractor experience are preferred.

Workplace

• The work is site based and involves direct supervision of civil construction activities and workforce.
