Company Description

Archirodon is an international Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor with experience in energy, marine, infrastructure, and defense and security projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise engineers, draftsmen, and document controllers in the technical office.
  • Review, verify, and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Ensure technical documents and designs comply with ADNOC standards and Oil & Gas regulations.
  • Coordinate technical execution with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and consultants.
  • Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and clients for approvals and clarifications.
  • Manage design changes, variations, and technical issues to reduce project delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintain document control, version management, and timely technical submissions.
  • Provide technical progress reports to management and project stakeholders.
  • Support material selection and verify compliance with approved vendor lists and ADNOC specifications.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent degree in any discipline.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCM, or major infrastructure projects, depending on the position.
  • ADNOC project experience in the UAE is described as highly preferred or required.
  • Knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, HSE requirements, project procedures, and work practices is required.
  • Experience with ADNOC Group companies is a strong advantage.
  • EPC experience involving oil and gas facilities, pipelines, terminals, or related infrastructure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE statutory requirements, authority approvals, and local Oil & Gas construction regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively in multicultural and high-pressure project environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction planning, execution, quality control, HSE, and project schedules.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and English language skills.
  • UAE or GCC project experience is described as mandatory or highly preferred depending on position seniority.
