Role Overview

The MarTech Expert leads the delivery and evolution of defined marketing business processes through technology-enabled transformation.

The role works closely with the Head of MarTech to translate enterprise strategy into executable process designs.

The position is accountable for process mapping, transformation delivery, adoption, and sustained business impact across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape MarTech roadmaps and priorities for assigned process domains.
  • Own end-to-end mapping of marketing business processes to MarTech capabilities.
  • Translate current ways of working into scalable, technology-enabled processes.
  • Apply governance frameworks, decision principles, and operating standards.
  • Drive assigned MarTech transformation initiatives and ensure adoption and intended outcomes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to manage change impacts and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Coach and guide team members within the MarTech team.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong experience owning and evolving MarTech-enabled marketing business processes in a B2B environment.
  • Proven capability delivering complex, multi-market MarTech initiatives focused on adoption and sustained value realization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing process mapping to MarTech capabilities, data quality, compliance, and usage standards.
  • Ability to translate strategy into executable process designs and manage stakeholder change.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring skills.

  • The working model is hybrid.
  • The job location is listed as Bangalore and Pune, India.
