- Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to support business objectives
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content
- Maintain brand standards across all marketing communications and hotel platforms
- Support management of relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Ensure all marketing activities align with hotel's objectives and corporate guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management
- Experience with content creation, campaign management, and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred

- Previous experience in the Makkah market is considered an advantage.
