Job Description
- Clean and wash dishes according to performance standards.
- Clean and wash pots, pans and other kitchen utensils.
- Empty rubbish bins according to garbage schedules.
- Understand cleaning procedures, dishwashing machines, and chemicals.
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service.
- Undertake any reasonable tasks as assigned by Stewarding Supervisor.
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and organized.
- Understand HACCP procedures.
- Monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Handle guest and employee inquiries courteously.
- Attend meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
- Preferably has experience in hospitality.
- Has knowledge of stewarding operational standards.
