- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Comply with local occupational health and safety legislation
- Report hazards, unsafe practices or defective equipment
- Use proper lifting techniques and ask for help when needed
Requirements
- Have a strong working knowledge of International Cuisine, buffet and a la carte
- With 5 years of culinary experience in a hotel environment
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Food Hygiene and Safety trained
- Enthusiastic and with outgoing personality who is very guest driven
