Job Description

  • The Marketing Supervisor supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and promote hotel services.
  • Role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing, monitoring market trends, and ensuring brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing communications and hotel platforms.
  • Support management of relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with hotel objectives and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Experience with content creation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the Makkah market is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
