About the Role
Sweater is looking for a Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end campaign execution across email, push, SMS, social, and in-app channels. The role includes CRM and audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
- Own end to end campaign execution: ideation, build, launch, and optimization across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, Social, and In App channels
- Develop creative campaign hooks and messaging that align with brand identity while driving engagement and conversions
- Rapidly deploy seasonal, promotional, and reactionary campaigns based on business priorities and market trends
- Build and manage granular user segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences using CRM platforms
- Create personalized user journeys and messaging paths to improve retention, engagement, and LTV
- Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, content, and CTAs to optimize performance
- Monitor campaign performance and translate KPIs into actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Present post campaign analysis and contribute to ongoing strategy improvements
Requirements
- 2 4 years of hands on experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaigns
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic actions
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
