Brand Manager

Overview

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning, and expansion of our brand.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing operational and marketing strategies, developing franchise opportunities, and driving sustainable business growth.
• This role requires a strong understanding of branding, business development, and market expansion, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the car wash, car care, or related service industries.
• Key Responsibilities* Develop and strengthen the overall brand identity and market presence.
• Create and implement operational and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand growth and expansion initiatives across different markets and channels.
• Develop and enhance the franchise model, including franchise documentation and operational frameworks.
• Build scalable growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
• **Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar strategic marketing role.
• Strong experience in brand development and business expansion.
• Experience in creating operational and marketing strategies.
• Experience in franchise development and management is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the car wash, automotive care, or related industries is a strong advantage.
