Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the overall brand identity and market presence.
- Create and implement operational and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand growth and expansion initiatives across different markets and channels.
- Develop and enhance the franchise model, including franchise documentation and operational frameworks.
- Build scalable growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar strategic marketing role.
- Strong experience in brand development and business expansion.
- Experience in creating operational and marketing strategies.
- Experience in franchise development and management is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the car wash, automotive care, or related industries is a strong advantage.
