Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our services and strengthen our brand presence.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to produce compelling marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Manage company presence on social media platforms and engage with the audience
- Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities and outcomes for management review
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
