Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign planning
  • Manage campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
  • Optimize landing pages and lead generation funnels
  • Implement and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently and allocate spending across channels
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and track lead progression

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of hands on experience managing PPC and digital advertising campaigns
  • Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing
  • Experience within the UAE market is preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
