Role Overview
Build and execute the company's social media strategy, produce engaging content, and support corporate and research materials.
The role combines strong writing, design sense, and understanding of professional and corporate audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to grow followers and engagement on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage social media posts, stories, captions, and descriptions.
- Write, design, and distribute newsletters to clients and subscribers.
- Use Canva to create social graphics, corporate profile decks, and research report layouts.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with company activities, industry news, and campaigns.
- Ensure content follows the company's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Track engagement metrics and follower growth, then adjust content strategy based on performance.
- Translate technical and industry content into accessible material with management and valuation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- A corporate or professional services background is a plus.
- Proven success growing social media followers and engagement, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Strong written communication and newsletter or corporate content writing experience.
- Canva proficiency with a good eye for design and layout.
- Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, or LinkedIn Analytics is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple content pieces.
- Finance, real estate, or valuation industry knowledge is advantageous but not required.
