Lead the establishment and management of a new facility management company.
Oversee operations, business development, client relations, financial performance, compliance, and team management to support sustainable growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage day-to-day facility management operations.
- Develop business strategies and operational policies.
- Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts.
- Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams.
- Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices.
- Proven experience in business development and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial planning and budget management abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
