Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain distinct brand identities for both Katz and Wilfort while identifying cross-promotional opportunities.
• Lead Generation & Targeting: Design and manage high-precision digital marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on Social Media Targeting (as noted in our priority list) to reach HNWIs.
• Content & Creative Direction: Collaborate with our Art Director and 3D Visualizers to produce world-class visual content for portfolios, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), and private aviation intelligence reports.
• Event & Partnership Management: Oversee brand presence at high-profile industry events, from design exhibitions to private jet showcases.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign ROI and lead qualification metrics to support the Sales Manager in Dubai.

Requirements

• **Languages**
• : Native or professional fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
• You must be able to communicate, write, and negotiate effectively in both languages.
• **Experience**
• : 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury real estate, high-end interior design, or the aviation sector in Dubai.
• **Dual-Sector Mindset**
• : Ability to switch gears between creative/aesthetic marketing and corporate/operational messaging.
• **Digital Proficiency**
• : Strong expertise in social media ad platforms, SEO/SEM, and CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• **Communication**
• : Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• **Education**
• : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
