Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new high end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects across Dubai
- Build a robust pipeline of incoming projects by networking with real estate brokers, developers, project managers, and asset owners
- Present design portfolio, concept pitches, and commercial proposals to diverse multinational clients
- Lead the commercial bidding process, coordinate with creative design team, and negotiate contracts to closure
- Stay ahead of Dubai's real estate trends and newly handed over communities to spot early design opportunities
- Maintain deep industry relationships to ensure studio is top choice for upcoming renovations and fit outs
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven business development experience within Dubai Interior Design, Fit Out, or Architecture sectors
- Strong existing network of local developers, real estate brokers, PMCs, or commercial real estate agents
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory
- Deep understanding of interior design lifecycle, fit out costs, and Dubai regulatory/approvals processes
- Exceptional presentation skills and a sophisticated aesthetic eye
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
