The employer operates premium, immersive escape rooms and is growing its team in Riyadh.
The Marketing Manager will own how the escape-room business reaches customers across Riyadh.
The role is hands-on, market-facing, and may lead to progression into an Operations Manager position.
What you will do
- Own local marketing across Riyadh, including activations, events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Build relationships with local businesses, malls, venues, schools, corporate organizations, and communities.
- Represent the brand on the ground and communicate customer feedback to the business.
- Run local advertising and on-site promotions, then track what drives bookings.
- Work closely with the content team and create content when useful.
Candidate profile
- Candidates should be based in Riyadh or ready to relocate and have the right to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in marketing, sales, promotions, or events is advantageous but not required.
- Candidates should enjoy speaking with people in the market rather than working exclusively at a desk.
- Candidates should be organized, driven, self-directed, and interested in progressing into management.
- Fluent English is required, while Arabic is a strong advantage for the Saudi market.
- A full Saudi driving license is advantageous.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Social media, basic content creation, and awareness of trends.
- Organization and time management across multiple activities.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, social platforms, and basic reporting.
Compensation
- The salary is SAR 6,500 to SAR 9,500 per month based on experience.
