Salary and Contract
- Expected annual base salary range is £66,570 to £123,630 GBP.
- This is a fixed-term 12-month contract.
- Performance-based bonus eligibility may apply.
Job Description Summary
Lead strategic and tactical marketing plans for a new medicine.
Drive brand performance, market share, revenue growth, lifecycle management, customer engagement, and portfolio growth.
Use market analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing plans throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide local market insights and translate them into tactical plans and projects.
- Drive product portfolio success and prioritize target customer segments and engagement strategies.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitive positioning, and product performance.
- Generate insights from medical, commercial, and customer data.
- Design promotional strategies, multichannel campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage annual marketing plans, cycle plans, forecasts, sales projections, budgets, and marketing investments.
- Lead new product and indication launches and organize customer-facing events and educational initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and monitor execution excellence and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement, Medical, Sales, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases within 24 hours of receipt.
- Manage marketing sample distribution where applicable and in accordance with policies and regulations.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or related industries.
- Experience in brand management, product marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
- Understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and marketing investments.
- Ability to influence and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable Requirements
- Advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent.
- Experience launching new products or managing mature brands in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of omnichannel engagement and digital marketing approaches.
- Experience in a matrixed multinational organization.
